Getting Started STEP FIVE : Order Power Logs® and Materials Your PNC Homes consultant will work closely with you to order all the logs and materials that you will need as you begin constructing your new home. You will also need to have your driveway or a drivable place secured before any large truck delivering materials can deliver to your site. While waiting for logs to arrive, your builder can work on the subfloor, non-log sections of the home and any separate outside structures on your land.
